By accessing or using Dream Trip ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the App.

Description of Service

Dream Trip is a travel planning application that allows users to save places from various sources, create AI-powered itineraries, and collaborate with friends on trip planning. The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

User Accounts

Dream Trip uses anonymous authentication - no email or password is required. When you first open the app, we automatically create an anonymous account linked to your device. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information if you choose to add a display name or profile
• Accept responsibility for all activities from your device
• Notify us immediately if you believe someone has unauthorized access to your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Upload malicious content or code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Scrape or collect data without permission

User Content

You retain ownership of content you create in the App (saved places, itineraries, etc.). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with providing the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you post.

AI-Generated Content

Our AI itinerary feature generates suggestions based on your preferences and saved places. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only. Always verify important details (business hours, availability, safety conditions) before traveling. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI suggestions.

Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services (social media platforms, map providers, etc.). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Dream Trip and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DREAM TRIP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated terms in the App. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
